Towns and other eligible applicants are receiving unprecedented hazard mitigation funding for projects aimed at reducing flooding or other hazards. Road relocation, floodproofing, infrastructure improvements, natural resource projects, buyouts, structural elevations, and mitigation reconstruction are all eligible projects.
